To minimize risk of exposure to our staff and patients, at our Dallas location we are seeing all of our well checks on the Green Side and all non-routine, sick visits on the Blue Side. Patients and parents are not allowed on the well side if they have any of the following:
runny nose
sore throat
cough
fever
diarrhea
vomiting
Our Plano location has separate waiting rooms, as well as dedicated exam rooms for well checks and sick visits.
At this time, we are asking that only one (1) parent or guardian comes with your child to a sick appointment, and that anyone in the office over the age of two (2) be wearing a mask. Your temperature will be taken upon entry to the building on the well side.

Pediatric Associates of Dallas does offer Telemedicine visits for patients who would like to be screened for COVID-19. This service is available for both the rapid test as well as a PCR test. This telemedicine option will only be available to existing patients who are currently asymptomatic.
