Bess was born and raised in Abbeville, Alabama. She graduated from Auburn University (War Eagle!) with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and a Doctor of Audiology degree.

Bess has been a pediatric audiologist for over ten years working in a variety of pediatric settings including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Fulton County Schools, and several pediatric ENT practices.  She believes the early identification and intervention of children with hearing impairment is imperative for positive outcomes.

She has lived in Dallas for five years with her husband and three lively children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and reading.
