Jahnett Gray DNP, MHSM, MBA, RN

Director of Nursing

Jahnett received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Woman’s University and has been a registered nurse for eleven years. After graduating with her bachelors, Jahnett worked at Children’s Health where she primarily cared for cystic fibrosis, neurologic, and endocrine patients for her first two years, then specialized in providing care in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). In that time, Jahnett began to grow more as a leader. To further develop her management skills, Jahnett went to graduate school to obtain her Master of Business Administration and Master of Health System’s Management. Jahnett then went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Jahnett has featured in the Vizient/ American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Nurse Residency Program, Children’s Med TV series, and Texas Christian University Evidence-Based Practice Fellowship. She is also a member of Texas Nurses Association, American Nurses Association, and board member on the Irving Advisory Committee on Disabilities.

Jahnett finds great joy in spending time with her family, going to church, serving the public, and physical activities that challenge her body & mind. She and her husband also love to cook, hike, travel, and study cultures together.
